Knox's journey has been anything but ordinary. After spending quite some time in a shelter, he was adopted by an elderly man who clearly cared for him. Unfortunately, due to the stresses of life in L.A., including the recent fires, Knox was returned with the feedback that he was "too strong for him" It's likely the man, facing overwhelming circumstances, as many in L.A currently were. Knox is, a strong dog, however its more of a 'clumsy strong' as we have found. He's a puppy goof, and one of the most loving and gentle dogs we have had in our care.

KNOX IS THE NAME: Because Fort Knox stores gold and this loving boy is full of it, including his coat and two gorgeous golden eyes.

Now, Knox is looking for a fresh start with a dedicated and capable guardian who can meet his needs. This sweet and gentle boy loves nothing more than cuddling up to sleep and adores people. Knox is already showing he can be a social superstar with his social skills, playing with all dogs weather 5lb gently, or dog his own size!

At DOG PPL, he shines at the park, happily playing and making friends.
