Knox's journey has been anything but ordinary. After spending quite some time in a shelter, he was adopted by an elderly man who clearly cared for him. Unfortunately, due to the stresses of life in L.A., including the recent fires, Knox was returned with the feedback that he was "too strong and hyper." It's likely the man, facing overwhelming circumstances, as many in L.A currently are.
KNOX: Because Fort Knox stores gold and this loving boy is full of it, including his coat and two gorgeous golden eyes.
Now, Knox is looking for a fresh start with a dedicated and capable guardian who can meet his needs. This sweet and gentle boy loves nothing more than cuddling up to sleep and adores people. While he's still learning to fully trust other dogs, Knox is already showing he can be a social superstar. At DOG PPL, he shines at the park, happily playing and making friends. He sets his boundaries when necessary but is improving every day as he grows more comfortable.
